Introduction to Six Sigma e-Learning Course | ||||||||||||

Designed as awareness training for all, this web-based e-learning course is 2 hours in duration and can be run over the Future Learning Systems on-line portal,
or taken in-house by organisations to run on their SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant Learning Management System.
It is also possible for organisations to run the course on company networks, standalone PC's or laptops. Using examples from many different industries this course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the background, principles and fundamentals of Six Sigma, processes, variation and DMAIC.
The course comes with animations, exercises, case studies and testing zones. It is self paced and uses clear uncomplicated language to explain what Six Sigma is and how it works. Following successful completion of each module and test, the student can printout a personalised certificate of achievement. |
In order to receive the final Green Belt Foundation Certificate (issued directly by Future Learning Systems) students must also successfully complete the "Six Sigma Tools and Techniques" course.
Students will learn about the roles and responsibilities of organisations and individuals when implementing Six Sigma projects, as well as the project structure and methodology of Six Sigma through presentation, case studies and exercises. This course is designed for executives or those who need to learn the basics about Six Sigma, what it is and why it is used. |
