This course will suit anyone who needs a thorough understanding of the Six Sigma Tools & Techniques without the clutter of overly technical language.

It is ideal for members of a Six Sigma project team, project sponsors or those individuals who wish to learn about the tools available. Topics covered include FMEA, Designed Experiments, Cause & Effect, Flowcharts and Pareto Analysis, amongst many others.

On completion of this course, students will be able to work effectively on Six Sigma DMAIC projects and it has proved equally relevant to manufacturing, engineering, service & transactional environments.

Much cheaper than classroom training, but with an equal amount to offer, this course and the "Introduction to Six Sigma" course form our 'Six Sigma Curriculum' and can fulfil all of your Six Sigma training requirements.

In order to receive the final Green Belt Foundation Certificate (issued directly by Future Learning Systems) students must successfully complete both courses within the Curriculum. A score of 70% or higher in all modular tests is considered to be a pass.

This course is complete with animations, exercises, case studies and testing zones.
